The owner of the Municipal Spatial Information System is the City of Bielsko-Biała.

MSIP constitutes an access point to the services (search service, view service) referred to in Article 9, paragraph 1, point 1 and 2 of the Act of 4 March 2010 on spatial information infrastructure (Journal of Laws 2021, item 214) for spatial data sets maintained by the President of the City of Bielsko-Biała.

All rights to the MSIP, including its text and graphic elements, page layout and other elements, are reserved.

The information contained in MSIP, as well as the statements and printouts generated from the system, are for illustrative purposes only.

Subject to the mandatory provisions of law, the City of Bielsko-Biała shall not be liable for any damages arising in connection with the use or inability to use the MSIP.
